Send a Correction or a Vendor Update

Send corrections, vendor price changes and method questions to the address above. A message is most useful when it includes the product name, the page you are looking at, and a link to the vendor's own page that shows the change.

What to include

• The product and the results page or blog post that mentions it.
• The vendor's own link for the claim, and the date you read it.
• The figure we published, and the figure you found, side by side.

What we cannot act on

We cannot change a score based on a third-party review alone, a screenshot without a link, or a promise of payment or placement. We read such messages, but they do not change the results.

Vendor review requests

A vendor may ask us to re-check its listing after a change to its own pages. We re-read the vendor's official pages and update only what those pages show. We do not accept invoices, sponsorships or affiliate payments in exchange for a position.

Privacy

Send only the details needed to check a figure. We do not ask for personal information beyond your email address for a reply. This site uses Umami, a page-view analytics tool, to count visits. See the about page for who operates this site.
